Corporate Attorney (m/f)
Your role will be to provide legal support to our core trading business, with a focus on providing commercial and solutions-focussed advice across a mix of transactional and contractual work.
(Interim) Commercial Lawyer (m/f)
    Advise on power, gas, biomass and emissions trading documentation
    Negotiate master agreements or individual agreements for the trading of commodities
    Negotiate credit support documents for the trading business
    Coordinate and support contract administration for the team
    Be available for ad-hoc-discussions and assessment of requests regarding all products and markets traded by the relevant internal business unit
    Co-operate closely with various other Statkraft departments in Oslo, Amsterdam, London and South-East Europe
    Be prepared to travel on a regular basis
Legal Counsel
     Prepare and draft legal corporate documents
    Review and draft commercial agreements, license agreements, purchasing agreements, service contracts, project agreements, consultancy agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Memorandum of Understandings, Letters of Intent, etc.
    Interface, assist and advise business units regarding legal issues and risks, complex deal structures and company policies
    Assist business units with commercial negotiations
    Draft legal opinions, summaries and prepare legal presentations for the Management
    Provide compliance training
    Interface with embassies, commercial registry, notary public, and airline legal counsel
    Handle communication and correspondence regarding corporate matters
    Research in different legal areas and regulatory topics
Lawyer (Jurist / Rechtsanwalt) as Counsel - Commercial (m/f)
Legal Advice: draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements in an international and cross-border context
    coordinate, monitor, provide advice and identify key issues in ad hoc projects
    collaborate with the company's attorneys in other regions and other subject matter experts
I would most definitely like to work in another country which is Germany. Germany has most law careers the same as California. They still get paid a good amount and the requirements are still the same. I would like to work as a Lawyer over there in Germany. Good salaries depend on the grade of your law degree and what other skills you can provide.
