Reflecting on my class

A.    What I liked most about this class is because this class taught me to become a CTR person. To always choose the right.  What I least like about this class is the typing tutor because I already got use to my own ways of using the keyboard.
B.     To improve this class I feel like I should improve my writing skills. Learn new words to type. Learn how to reflect on things. I should use my break to learn how to become a better writer.
C.     I always try to do my very best in all my classes including this class. I show it by always doing what the teacher asks me to do.
D.    I read my 100+ goals everyday, because I really do look forward into achieving every one of them.
E.     Since I learned the meaning of a CTR person, I am committed to stay one for the rest of my life. I also plan on making people become a CTR person, because that is what a CTR person would do.

F.     I promise myself to never do any wrong, to always do what is right. I now know that my mind is what makes my physical body and mind good.

Interdisciplinary Unit Experience

Interdisciplinary Unit Experience

Starting the interdisciplinary project I was a bit mad because we had to stop all of our classes to focus on this project and I still needed help with some of my classes. They pressured us to make this project the best, so I was also very nervous. The good thing is that I got really smart and responsible people in my group. We all took a part of this project and did it on our own. Of course, we helped eachother and when we all finished we share what we got. My part was to make an essay for the evidence. Our question wasn’t really all that hard. They asked us if over weight students should be mandated to take additional PE class, I disagreed because instead of trying to get the perfect weight just cause the school says too, they should be taking any class they need. Thankfully I learned everybody’s part and when we practiced what we were going to say in our presentation it went really good. The day of our presentation we dressed formal, all of us. Girls wore long skirts, guys wore tucked in shirts with pants and formal shoes. We met up 30 minutes before our presentation time and practiced again. When it was time to present, we were all ready. Our presentation went really good. We ended right on time. They asked us questions, but we knew how to answer them. The people who came to support us were really amused of our skills.

“When I do good, I feel good. When I do bad, I feel bad.”

Abraham Lincoln
You must always remember that when you do good, good things happen to you. Doing the bad will always come back to you. That is why you feel good when you’re doing good and feel bad when you are doing bad.

“Take responsibility for your own body, mind, and spirit, for your own physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.”

Mr. Haymore

Doing what is right for your own wellness means to take responsibility. Your body, mind, and spirit is what makes the physical you. In other words, you must take responsibility for these three things in order to become a well-being person.
