nutrition professional who has met the strict educational and experiential
standards set forth by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. These registered
dietitians help patients who need help with their nutrition, the will provide
counseling.
Salary: The median annual wage for dietitians and
nutritionists was $55,240.
Education: Coordinated Program in Dietetics – This type of
program combines bachelor degree classroom coursework with a required
internship, all in one program.
Reflection: The annual
wage for nutritionists and dietitians is a very high amount. I think it will be
a good career, for someone who is thinking about a career in the medical. I also
think the education requirements go good for a job like this one.
