It’s the act of obeying.

words for obedience is loyal, devoted, respectful, and attentive.
Example
for obedience:
-An
obedient soldier, would follow a command, even if it meant he would probably be
killed following it.
-An
obedient student would be quiet, the moment his/her teacher told him to do so,
even if he/she really wanted to continue talking across the classroom.
